Résumé : The majority of foods consumed contain microorganisms. While a number of these microorganisms are harmless to humans, others are potentially pathogenic and responsible for infectious diseases of food origin. They disappear during treatments applied to kitchen biowaste that may contain them.
32 sheets describing these microorganisms are offered as well as the synthesis of the study discusses the knowledge of the survival of microorganisms in treatment of biowaste and soil.
