Creating new markets for agricultural products as
energy, chemical and materials feedstocks constitutes
a step towards limiting greenhouse gas emissions, and
support for renewable resources in a context of
sustainable development.
To achieve these ends significant and stable research
funding is required. The latest drafts of the
program AGRICE were committed by the end of 2007. Since 2008, a new
program enables to continue research efforts in these areas: Bioressources,
Industries and Performance (BIP)
